Preliminary Stage
We are maintaining proper documentation procedure with customers to avoid misunderstanding of scope of assignment.
All the communications and request will be allowed only through written document or e-mail. We does consider oral request of information.
We will be getting information and requirement of the project from the customers after explaining clearly about the purpose of getting the information.
Processing Stage
As an internal quality control policy we ensure flow of work systematically under proper supervision and guidance.
We do not entertain interpretation of instructions given by customers, unless confirmed by customer.
Our designers may be contacting you for getting additional information and preferences to execute their designing work effectively.
At finalizing stage we will be providing the assignment to customer for final review to confirm that our customers are satisfied. We do not consider layout approval as additional features of web designing project since it is an integral part of it.
We don’t want to say about after sales let u experience and feel the difference.
